When you submit a quote request, contact form, or buy a gift card, we collect only what you provide: your name, phone number, email address, vehicle information, and any messages you send us. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
2. SMS / Text Message Consent (TCPA)
By submitting your phone number through any form on this website or by texting us directly, you expressly consent to receive non-marketing transactional text messages from TriStar Customs Inc. at the number you provided. These messages may include appointment scheduling, quote follow-ups, status updates on your vehicle, and responses to questions you have asked.

3. Email Communications (CAN-SPAM)
By providing your email address you consent to receive email from TriStar Customs responding to your inquiry, providing quotes, sending appointment reminders, warranty documentation, and (occasionally) shop news. Every commercial email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link and our physical business address, in compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003.
4. How We Use Your Information
- Respond to your quote, scheduling and customer service requests.
- Process gift card and service transactions (handled by Square — see their privacy policy).
- Register manufacturer warranties (FeynLab, GSWF) on your behalf.
- Send service reminders, aftercare instructions and warranty notices.
5. Cookies & Analytics
We use standard analytics cookies to understand site traffic and improve user experience. You can disable cookies in your browser settings without affecting your ability to request a quote.
6. Data Security
Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS. Payment data is handled directly by Square and never stored on our servers. We restrict access to your personal information to TriStar Customs staff who need it to serve you.
7. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing or calling the shop. You may opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP, and opt out of email by clicking the unsubscribe link in any message.
